well as our exisiting working livery package for clients who wish their horse(s)
to be involved in our busy hacking and riding school programme - we are now pleased
to be able to offer DIY livery for horse owners in the local area. Price
and conditions
Price
- £35.00 per week which includes :
- Quality
indoor stabling .
- Ample
turnout.
- "Responsible"
- owner use of hay/haylage and bedding.
- Once
a week free use (for 45 minutes) of our indoor arena. Subject
to timely advance booking and availability and is subject to our riding school
lessons/competition schedule.
- A
locked feed room with shared customer access.
- A
locked tack room with shared customer access.
- Excellent
hacks over the nearby fells.

Conditions
overview ... (sorry about the official stuff but its
best made clear from the outset!)
- All
DIY livery owners are subject to a Bigland Hall Equestrian livery contract and
must adhere to our yard rules.
- All
DIY livery owners are "solely" responsible for thier horse(s) welfare
and possessions - including - proper vetinary care, hard feed, responsible
stable/yard management, shoeing (by arrangement with
BHE), horse exercise, obligatory horse insurance, tack, rugs, grooming
kit and clothing.
- Additional
use of the indoor school/private/group lessons can be pre-booked at our standard
hourly rate. (nb :45 minute free weekly indoor school
use cannot be booked retrospectively)
- Bigland
Hall Equestrian reserve the right to take immediate action and charge for any
costs incurred where there is a breech of livery contract conditions, animal welfare
or our stringent customer/staff health and safety policy.
- Bigland
Hall Equestrian would require updated copies of all relevant horse documentation.
- DIY
Livery is paid monthly in advance.
- Shoeing
is paid for in advance, additional charges are due 7 days net..
- We
are a strictly no smoking yard.
